I grew up in a family where construction was a way of life for generations, from my grandfather, who in the 1960s produced concrete blocks for family homes, to my father, who spent his entire career on construction sites. In such an environment, choosing civil engineering as my field of study felt natural. A hammer was my first toy, and the construction site was where I learned that quality begins with respecting the craft. I have always had strong support from my family, especially from my wife, whose understanding and patience were essential during the company’s early years and development.
I founded C Group near the end of my studies, guided by a simple principle: every project, big or small, must be completed quickly, precisely, and with integrity. On these foundations, the company grew from a construction contractor into a developer that designs and builds its own projects. Even today, we remain the general contractor on all our buildings, because only then can we guarantee the standard we believe is right. After 20 years, C Group has developed its own investment projects, manages construction, and operates in tourism, including our boutique hotel in Kotor.
Our greatest recognition comes from clients who return to us, families who have purchased several properties through C Group. That trust is both our satisfaction and our responsibility. Every new project demands full dedication, from the first sketch to the final detail: we carefully select locations, work with architects who understand our values, rely on engineering teams who turn drawings into real homes, and align marketing with the true state of each project.
