Yes. Apartments under construction can be purchased through a housing loan with Lovćen Banka AD Podgorica. This option is available to all buyers who meet the bank’s credit requirements.

C Group provides a corporate promissory note (mjenica) as a guarantee to the bank until the building is completed and officially registered in the Real Estate Cadastre. Once the property is registered, the purchased apartment becomes the loan’s mortgage.

No. One of the biggest advantages is that buyers do NOT need to own property to place under a mortgage.
C Group guarantees the loan during construction — the apartment becomes the mortgage only after completion and registration.

Loan conditions such as interest rate, minimum down payment, and repayment duration depend on the buyer’s creditworthiness and the bank’s internal policies. Lovćen Bank provides individual assessments and offers tailored terms.

No. Buyers have no initial costs for property valuation, mortgage registration, or pledge documentation, which significantly simplifies and speeds up the purchasing process.

The mortgage is activated only after the building is completed, the apartment is registered in the cadastre, and ownership is transferred. Until then, C Group guarantees the loan.
